Cancellation Policy

A £10 booking fee MUST be paid within 48 hours of booking to Alisha, appointments will not be confirmed and held until this is recieved. This will be deducted from your appointment price. The £10 booking fee will not be refundable if you cancel your appointment at anytime. And if you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, a full cost will be charged. No further bookings will be made until this has been recieved. I have the right to waiver this policy under exceptional circumstances which will be at my discretion. Thank you.
